THE IDA B WELLS SNOWBOARDING MISSION
To create and foster a community of passionate snowboarders. Coaches and volunteers work together to to provide a safe and fun snowboarding experience. Any level snowboarder can join the IBW Snowboarding Team. Teams from different schools practice together and compete against one another, creating the opportunity to meet new friends and ride with old ones.
All riders must compete in at least one event (usually Banked Slalom).

Coaches will lead groups of 5-8 riders to practice multiple disciplines: Free-ride (Natural Terrain), Slopestyle (Jumps+Rails+Park), Banked Slalom (Timed Race), Half Pipe and Boarder Cross (4 riders on the Banked Slalom course).
